Following their arrival in Cairo last night, Lone Star have been whisked to camp at the Tolip Family Club Hotel in Alexandria where the team will lodge.

A 26-man delegation headed by EC Tickly Monkoney arrived in Cairo late last night following an exhaustive trip that took them from Monrovia to Accra, Lome, Addis Abba before landing in Cairo, Egypt.

Liberia will play two friendlies with Niger and hosts Egypt on 25 and 27 September respectively during the period of the international break which starts this week.

The team will lodge in Alexandria, three hours drive from Cairo at a family club hotel which will offer them two separate training facilities over the period.

Lib Bleacher Sport football writer Yusuf Sheriff is travelling with the Lone Star and he told the LFA Media Department that goalkeeper Boison Wynney de Souza of Romanian club Gloria Buzau and Prince Balde of Drita of Kosovo have both arrived in Alexandria.
