Following their arrival in Brazzaville, Congo this afternoon, the Lone Star had their first training session at the Alphonso Massambat-Debat Stadium, Congo’s national stadium which is also the venue for Thursday’s game.

The stadium is about 10 minutes drive from the team’s hotel.

The training was focused on fitness, mobility and short goal-scoring drill. The temperature was cold due to the rainy afternoon weather.

Officials from the host country’s football house have been receptive since the arrival of the team.
