Liberia Football Association (LFA) secretary-general Kollie A. Dorko is leading a four-man delegation at a CAF club licensing workshop in Dares Salaam, Tanzania.

Others include LFA club licensing manager Mohammed A. Sheriff, First Instant Board chairman Jeror Cole Bangalu (Cllr.) and Appeal Board chairman Ambrose Tarplah (Cllr.).

Atty. Dorko and team left Monrovia on 20 May to attend the CAF club licensing online platform (CLOP), which runs from 22-25 May for 17 English speaking members.

The forum aims to accelerate the implementation and use of the CLOP by members and clubs, starting with this year’s interclub competitions.

The CLOP was introduced at a pilot phase in 2022 by CAF to have all the procedures of the licensing process in an online platform, just like FIFA Connect and TMS.

This is the third workshop CAF is holding after forums were held in Tunisia and Benin in May.

It will focus on orientations for the new club licensing regulations and full usage of the CLOP shall fully begin in June.
